By accessing or using HyveHR ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
2. Description of Service
HyveHR is an invite-only trust network platform that connects HR professionals with pre-vetted candidates through a vouch-based system. Our services include candidate management, referral tracking, and talent pool access.
3. User Accounts
Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Types: Different user roles (HR Professional, Hiring Leader, Admin) have different permissions and responsibilities within the Platform.
4. Vouch System Rules
The vouch system is fundamental to our Platform's integrity:
- Tier 1: Direct Supervision: Reserved for candidates you highly recommend and have personally worked with or thoroughly vetted. Maximum assurance.
- Tier 2: Professional Colleague: For candidates you can recommend based on professional knowledge or verified credentials. Peer validation.
- Tier 3: Network Referenced: For candidates with promising profiles where you provide a basic endorsement. The credible lead.
- Accountability: Your vouch history reflects on your professional reputation within the network.
- Honesty: You must provide truthful assessments when vouching for candidates.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform (scraping)
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (resumes, profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant HyveHR a license to use, display, and distribute it within the Platform.
Platform Content: All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by HyveHR and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Disclaimers
No Guarantee: HyveHR does not guarantee employment outcomes or that candidates will meet your expectations.
Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users.
"As Is" Service: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyveHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HyveHR, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
